Thengamara Mahila Shobog Sangha (TMSS) is a microcredit-based NGO in Bangladesh. In 1980, Ashok Fellow, Prof. Dr. Hosne Ara Begum, established TMSS in Bogra, Bangladesh. It is a women-based Bangladeshi organization working in Bangladesh for poverty alleviation, women's empowerment and socio-economic infrastructure development. TMSS is working jointly with a number of companies, including NCC Bank Limited,[2] to improve and make the quality of service available in rural areas of Bangladesh.
